We are providing a Comprehensive Assessment – a package that includes a health history questionnaire, an 8-day food journal, and a report of findings and recommendations, that gives us insight into your health and diet. We also offer hair analysis testing, saliva testing, and fecal testing, which may be recommended based on initial consultation. A total of 2 phone conferences are included in the assessment price.

Once a plan has been established, we remain available for further questions and adjustments as you walk out the pathway suggested. Once the Comprehensive Assessment has been completed, follow-up phone consults are very reasonably priced. Emails/Texts are also welcome at no extra fee, once you are a client.

We use Whole Food concentrates to help each person achieve the nutrient support needed to remedy deficiencies. Additionally, we have supportive nutrients to assist in detox, when called for.

We work with each of our clients to identify the foods, allergens, and toxins that are harming their health and make recommendations for new menus that are simple, affordable, and easy to prepare. Something as simple as a menu can make all the difference! Additionally, we recommend food concentrates that can assist in this transitionary process. The nutrients are chosen based on the Report of Findings, which is reviewed virtually to allow for questions to be addressed.

The hair analysis test kit is mailed directly to your home and is easy to use. Once the results are mailed in and the report of findings is completed, a virtual conversation at the $29 rate is scheduled to review the results. This test has proven to be valuable in determining toxicity and mineral stores. Minerals are so essential, that low levels can contribute to many health challenges.

Every client’s health requirements are unique, so we adjust the number of virtual conversations as needed. Once the initial Comprehensive Consultation is complete, we monitor the progress being made and assist in the transitionary phase through the virtual conversations. Making changes to lifestyle and diet can be challenging, but we ensure the best outcome by walking through this process together. Of course, we remain available for clients as needed in the future.
